1 General Terms & Conditions and Compliance

These terms and conditions form the legal basis for using the 77jy platform. By creating an account, accessing the platform, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

3 Deposit & Payment Policy

Only approved payment methods may be used to deposit funds on 77jy. Currently accepted methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and credit/debit cards.

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200 (two hundred taka).
• The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
• Deposits from payment methods registered in a third party's name are not accepted.
• Successful deposits are typically credited to your account within 1–5 minutes.
• If you experience delays caused by technical issues, please contact our support team.

77jy does not charge any deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which 77jy bears no responsibility.

4 Withdrawal Policy & Process

The following conditions must be met to withdraw funds from 77jy:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500 (five hundred taka).
• Withdrawals will not be approved until KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
• Large withdrawal amounts may be subject to additional verification procedures.

77jy reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and conduct an investigation on any suspicious transactions. If fraud is confirmed, the entire account balance will be forfeited.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonus offers on 77jy are subject to specific terms and conditions. Please read the relevant offer details carefully before claiming any bonus.

• The welcome bonus is exclusively for new members and applies to the first deposit only.
• Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 10–30x the combined deposit and bonus amount.
• Wagering must be completed before any bonus winnings are transferred to your cash balance.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7–30 days from the date of activation.
• 77jy reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed on 77jy:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

• Odds in live betting are subject to change, and 77jy may update them at any time.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 77jy reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If match-fixing or data manipulation is suspected, payment will be placed on hold pending investigation.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 77jy. Violations will result in serious action:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Using another user's account or allowing a third party to use yours.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Bonus hunting or arbitrage betting that is detrimental to the platform.

• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

77jy reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or refusal to submit required documents.
• Suspicious activity indicative of money laundering.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).

Users may also request account closure at any time. A monthly maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts.

9 Responsible Gaming
